📦 Shipping Policy

Shipping Carrier & PO Box Policy

UPS is the primary shipping carrier for Miss Love Boutique. USPS is used as a secondary carrier when necessary.

PO Box Addresses: UPS does not deliver standard packages directly to most PO Boxes. Orders being shipped to a PO Box may therefore need to be shipped through USPS. Additional shipping charges will apply, particularly for larger or heavier packages where USPS shipping costs are significantly higher.

If your order is being shipped to a PO Box and requires additional postage beyond the shipping amount paid at checkout, you will be contacted regarding the additional shipping charge before your package is shipped.

For larger orders, we strongly recommend providing a physical street address whenever possible to avoid additional PO Box shipping

Processing Times

Processing times vary based on current order volume and the type of order placed. Our most current processing timeframe is always posted on the Miss Love Boutique Facebook page.

Please note that processing times are estimates and are not guaranteed shipping or delivery dates. Orders requiring a video presentation may require additional processing time.

Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit time.

Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.

📍 Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Miss Love is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Delivered Packages

Once tracking shows “Delivered,” Miss love is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Combined Orders & Shipping Fees

All items in your order (including add-ons, bundles, and mystery balls) will ship together unless otherwise stated.

🌎 International Orders (If Applicable)

For all international orders (including Europe and other countries outside the United States), please be aware that customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and any other fees charged by your country's customs authority are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost at checkout. Miss Love✨ is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing, nor for any additional charges assessed upon delivery. Refusal to pay customs duties does not qualify for a refund. By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any applicable import fees.
