Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.

📍 Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Miss Love is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

📦 Delivered Packages

Once tracking shows “Delivered,” Miss love is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

🎀 Combined Orders & Shipping Fees

All items in your order (including add-ons, bundles, and mystery balls) will ship together unless otherwise stated.

For all international orders (including Europe and other countries outside the United States), please be aware that customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and any other fees charged by your country's customs authority are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost at checkout.
